Meet Maureen & Brad
Maureen and Brad Crawford are the husband-and-wife team behind Crawford’s Hospitality Partners. Maureen has spent her career in public service within the criminal justice system and is preparing to retire after more than two decades of service. As the face of CHP, she leads guest communications and oversees the company’s cleaning teams, ensuring every property receives attentive care and every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
After retiring from a career in operations management, Brad became a full-spectrum artisan and business owner. He brings craftsmanship, problem-solving, analytics, and technical expertise to CHP while managing many of the systems and behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running smoothly.
Together, Maureen and Brad raised three boys who have grown into successful men—an accomplishment they consider among their proudest. Both have dedicated much of their lives to community service and helping people in need. Together, they bring that same compassion, integrity, and hands-on commitment to the property owners, guests, and communities they serve.
Our Story
Crawford’s Hospitality Partners began with a vision, a piece of unused space on our family farm, and a willingness to build something meaningful together.
Rather than purchasing another property, we transformed an existing outbuilding into a tiny guesthouse—designing the space, constructing an addition for the kitchen and bathroom, and completing much of the work with our own hands. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful sunsets, it became a peaceful retreat where guests could step away from everyday life and feel genuinely cared for.
The response exceeded our expectations. Our guesthouse became a top-performing Airbnb and showed us that successful short-term rentals are about more than attractive spaces—they are built through thoughtful details, dependable systems, exceptional cleanliness, and sincere hospitality.
That experience inspired us to help other property owners create and operate memorable stays of their own. Today, we combine hands-on hosting experience, operational knowledge, creative design, property care, and guest-focused service to help owners unlock the full potential of their properties.
As a family-owned company, our work is deeply connected to the values that have guided our lives: family, integrity, service, and helping others. CHP has given us the opportunity to build greater time freedom for our own family while supporting homeowners, serving guests, and strengthening the communities in which we operate.
